Introductory Fundamentals Course– This program introduces you to the fundamental movements and concepts of CrossFit. This course is a four hour class, with a limit of 6 people per class. You will be working out in class, so please dress accordingly. Attendance is important to your gaining the necessary preparation in order to attend our group Workout Of the Day classes (WOD). This course or 2 Crossfit Fundamental personal training sessions are required in order to participate in the group WOD classes.

WOD Class– Now that you have learned the fundamentals you can join the WOD Group classes! This will really intensify your workout with a little friendly competion for the coveted “time to beat” on the white board!

Personal Training– If the group setting isn’t for you then one of our certified CrossFit trainers can help you with a more intimate setting with a one on one instruction. Please note that all movements have modifications! This program is truly for EVERYONE!
